Payment Policy

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired Egypt tour, spaces will be secured upon receive a deposit of 25 %, and during the Christmas and New Year holidays and tour packages the required deposit is 50%. This deposit forms part of your final payment. Deposits can only be made by credit cards, wire transfer and or Western Union.

• We accept any of following currencies: ( U.S Dollar and Euro).
• We don’t accept payment by credit card over the Internet.

Individual Travelers:

• 25% of total bill must be paid upon confirmation by bank transfer or by Western.
• 75% upon your arrival in Cairo Cash Payment.

Groups:

• 50% must be paid on confirmation by wire transfer bank.
• 50% the rest of amount will be paid before arrival at least 25 days by wire transfer bank.

Children Policy:

• Up till 3 years Old totally free of Charge sharing Parent’s room same basis, from 3 - 11 years old, 50% discount on adult’s rates sharing Parent’s rooms, 12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.
• Children between above 9 Years old will be considered as an adult in Sleeping Train.
• If your tour package includes airfare then an extra charges for your children may apply.

Cancellation Policy:

• 20 days before arrival date no cancellation fees.
• 10 days before arrival date 25% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 07 days before arrival date 50% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 01 day before arrival date 100% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.

Please send a photocopy of wire transfer to our company to let our bank follow up the transfer. OR through the fast way of money transfer: Western Union to main office in Cairo.

Egypt Entry Visa

You need to have a valid passport at least 6 months beyond your scheduled return date to enter Egypt and you can obtain a visa from the Egyptian Consulate before departure. Also, entry visa is available upon arrival Egypt airports against USD 15 per passport for specific nationalities and need to check before.

Sleeper Trains in Egypt

Sleeper trains are designed and equipped according to a satisfactory standard and quality that was set up by the Egyptian Railway Authority. Sleeper train from Cairo to Aswan is about 14 hours and sleeping train from Luxor to Cairo is about 11 hours.

Additional Entry Tickets

All our Egypt tour packages and programs don't include entrance fees to special archaeological sites such as entering one of the Pyramids inside, to visit the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, to visit the Solar Boat Museum at the Pyramids area or to enter the Tomb of Tutankhamen at Valley of the Kings in Luxor

Tipping

It is a customary attitude for expressing ones satisfaction of good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise if you are willing to offer it, this would be great and if not, you are not obliged to do it
